Health and Safety Manager - Construction

Our client is a well established construction company with projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Responsibilities:
- Review and develop SOPs for the H&S department
- Team management, leadership, coaching and development
- Work closely with WorkSafeBC for all regulations and requirements
- Oversee joint H&S committee process and ensure involvement and compliance
- Manage incident reviews, return to work procedures and related, ensuring a strong safety culture
- Site safety - develop processes, practices and requirements for job sites
- Other as required
- 5-10+ years as a manager in construction safety
- CSO or related certification
- Ability to travel throughout Lower Mainland / Drivers License
- Experience with MS Office and industry related software
