Key Responsibilities

• Investor Onboarding: Introduce and onboard new investors, ensuring they understand our investment options and processes.

• Investment Recommendations: Educate investors on available mortgage investment opportunities, aligning options with their financial goals.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for investors, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, answer inquiries, and support ongoing investment decisions.

• Funding Coordination: Guide investors through the funding process, track incoming deposits, and manage reinvestment strategies.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and send investment disclosure paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Market Insights & Reporting: Monitor mortgage and investment market trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiencies, implement automation, and streamline investor engagement.

What You Bring

• Experience in financial services, mortgage investments, or wealth management.

• Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement.

• A background in business, finance, or economics (diploma or certification preferred).

• Mortgage Agent Licence or Dealing Representative Licence (or willingness to obtain during employment).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and investment management tools.

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
