The Partner Manager is responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with key partners, developing strategic alliances, driving joint business initiatives, and ensuring mutual success for GHS and its partners. You will work closely with sales and marketing to maximize partner engagement and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Quota/Targets - Owns the achievements of the GHS quota (e.g. Google Soft Commit) for each key/assigned vendor/partner
  • Active Selling/Advocacy - Continually advocates and sells us to the partner – “lives” at the offices of the assigned Partner's. Knows everything and everyone about the partner. Can bring GHS easily into deals and connect us with reps. Ensures all network connections are fresh and all contacts remain warm/hot. Ensures GHS is continually top of mind
  • Compliance – Ensure that GHS internally have done everything we are to do to be in compliance with the program – Certs, events, etc
  • Manage/Administrate - Manages the portals, does deals regs, ensures our cadences/forecasts are accurate. Understanding all the sales programs, sales strategies, SPIFFs, ensures sales strategy/tactical alignment
  • Strategic Partner Framework – with support (functional leadership input), build out Partner Framework that guides how we want to partner with each vendor (e.g. degree of investment in our portfolio)
  • New Partner/Vendor Recruitment – With support (functional leadership input), continuously evaluate marketplace for new partners/vendors to recruit
  • Business development – look/hunt for large scale opportunities with partners/vendors
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to drive growth and business objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance market reach.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, initiatives, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and customer success) to drive partner success.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  • Deliver regional pipeline and revenue reporting tied to GHS Partners strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own the design, logistics and content for vendor visits, conferences, and vendor-driven customer events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships
  • Experience in IT companies, preferred in the Cybersecurity field
  • Experience introducing new offerings that align to category strategies and influencing others.
  • Ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
