Summit Search Grouphas proudly partnered with O&T Farms on the recruitment of their newestAccounts Receivable Representative.Reporting to the Controller, theAccounts Receivable Representative plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting cross-functional operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, values-driven agricultural business.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing team.

What youll do:

  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • Apply payments to customer accounts and prepare electronic bank deposits
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain and update customer files, including new accounts and contact information
  • Collaborate with sales to maintain current customer pricing within the ERP system
  • Oversee and follow up on accounts receivable collections
  • Conduct financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
  • Generate reports related to customer sales and accounts receivable
  • Provide order processing support for the Customer Service Associate, including coordination with logistics and production teams
  • Manage U.S. state product licensing and quarterly regulatory reporting
  • Offer backup support to the Accounts Payable Associate as needed

What You Bring

  • 24 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar financial administrative role
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software; experience with Microsoft Office is essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across departments
  • Familiarity with agricultural or manufacturing environments is considered an asset
  • Familiar with SAP Business One considered an asset
