We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing team.
What youll do:
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices in accordance with company procedures
- Apply payments to customer accounts and prepare electronic bank deposits
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain and update customer files, including new accounts and contact information
- Collaborate with sales to maintain current customer pricing within the ERP system
- Oversee and follow up on accounts receivable collections
- Conduct financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
- Generate reports related to customer sales and accounts receivable
- Provide order processing support for the Customer Service Associate, including coordination with logistics and production teams
- Manage U.S. state product licensing and quarterly regulatory reporting
- Offer backup support to the Accounts Payable Associate as needed
What You Bring
- 24 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar financial administrative role
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software; experience with Microsoft Office is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with agricultural or manufacturing environments is considered an asset
- Familiar with SAP Business One considered an asset
