Job Description:
We are seeking an ICI Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and lead projects on site. This role calls for a leader with a passion for construction and the skill to manage complex projects. You will be the driving force behind safe, timely, and quality completion of mostly commercial and institutional improvements and interior fit-outs. Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least four years of experience in a construction leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific safety software.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the actions of subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Ensure all projects adhere to set safety, schedule, and quality standards as well as budget constraints.
- Mentor and oversee the development of junior staff, including Assistant Superintendents and Interns.
- Strategically schedule tasks to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
- Serve as the point of contact for all field-related issues, resolving them effectively.
- Supervise the logistical, scheduling, and quality control aspects of the construction process.
- Enforce comprehensive site safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage the financial aspects of the construction work, including monitoring of estimates, payroll, and payments to subcontractors.
- Confirm that all construction is performed in accordance with the project's contractual obligations.
