We have an exciting new opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Manager. In this role you will identify and recruit new affiliate partners, build strong relationships with exiting partners and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
In this role you will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue
• Support the management and performance of two affiliate content sites, Best Sleep Society and Top Sleep Picks
• Act as the mediator between brands to optimize content site performance in addition to working with team leads on content development and execution
• Identify, recruit, and manage new affiliate partners, influencers, and strategic alliances
• Optimize existing affiliate relationships by evaluating performance metrics, providing support, and ensuring continuous growth
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tracking tools and analytics platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns across traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Negotiate contracts and commission structures to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content, SEO, and paid media, to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging affiliate technologies, and competitor activities to keep the program competitive
• Develop promotional materials, creative assets, and marketing campaigns to support affiliate partners
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines related to affiliate marketing

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years in consumer marketing including 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management or digital marketing
• Experience with Google campaigns, reporting, and content creation oversight as well as advanced knowledge of digital search strategies
• Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel and Power BI
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work very closely with senior management as well as other internal and external stakeholders
