ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate siding installation crews across multiple job sites.
• Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and productivity on residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.
• Manage project timelines, materials, staffing, and site logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and scopes of work.
• Foster clear communication with clients, site staff, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Uphold and enforce all safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in siding installation and construction site supervision, preferably across a mix of residential, commercial, and multi-family developments.
• Strong, hands-on understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and cross-trade coordination.
• Deep knowledge of siding systems, materials, and industry standards, especially within the Edmonton market.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills — strong leadership is critical to the success of this role.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
