We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's team in Mississauga. Previous work experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Transportation industry is required for this position. Pay: $23.00/hour Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities: - Process, audit, and balance invoices for payments - Process driver paperwork for payment - Data entry - Respond to inquiries vis phone and email - Review and reconcile aging statements - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Post secondary education in Accounting, Business, or related field - Previous Accounts Payable work experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry (minimum 3 years) - Understanding of accounting principles - Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information - Experience with TruckMate is an asset - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Data entry and computer skills (Specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) - Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail - Goal oriented - Able to work full-time Apply today!
