Who you are:
Reporting to the Client Services department, the Box Office Supervisor will provide on-site support to AdmitONE clients and venues, ensuring seamless ticketing operations and a premium customer experience. You are a confident communicator, a problem-solver, and a people person with an eye for detail and a passion for events.
The Fine Print:
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities at the Box Office with a strong commitment to superior customer service
- Provide support and assistance to the Client Service team in all areas of Box Office and ticketing operations including ticket processing using AdmitONE
- Helps maintain a Customer Service Help email Inbox for online customers of AdmitONE
- Work in various venues for in-person ticket sales and answering guest questions via email and in person about AdmitONE, their clients and their events
- Inventory Management (releasing holds, processing paid and comp sales)
- Post-event settlements and event reporting
- Scheduling and hiring part time box office personnel
- Some travel may be required from time to time.
- Other duties as required
We are looking for someone with:
- Our shows and events take place in the evenings, during weekends and on holidays. As a result, flexibility to work these shifts is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
