What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by responding to phone calls, emails, and addressing inquiries.
- Process policy changes and endorsements in BMS and carrier portals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Access and attach MVR, Autoplus, and HITS reports to BMS
- Maintain detailed activity logs in BMS and Blue Butler to track client interactions and follow-ups.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to help clients get the best coverage.
- Manage NSF, lapse, and final notices, assisting clients with policy reinstatements or remarketing as needed.
- Offer claims guidance, helping insured clients navigate the process and connecting them with the appropriate claims team.
- Work closely with management, your team and underwriting to continue building your expertise and career.
- RIBO license (minimum 1 year of experience).
- Additional provincial licensing is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Experience with BMS.
- Familiarity with company portals.
