We are seeking an Facility Maintenance Technician with cannabis cultivation experience to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cannabis facility maintenance required
• Familiarity with LED vertical grow systems, Trollmaster, Aroya tanks/emitters, and open sprinkler setups
• Strong skills in HVAC, dehumidification, irrigation, and electrical troubleshooting
• Proven ability to maintain critical systems with minimal downtime

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily preventive inspections and reactive repairs across our propagation, vegetative, and four flower rooms
• Maintain a complete inventory of critical spare parts on site
• Aim to resolve issues within one hour; if not, immediately contact our external contractors per SLA for emergency support
• Follow our detailed weekly workflow schedule and collaborate closely with Peter (Facility Manager
  

Work Schedule:

• Regular hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (MondayFriday)
• Oncall rotation for afterhours coverage
