We are looking for candidates who are very proficient in Revit and 3D visualization.
Experience with MS Office software is required, as is familiarity with administrative tasks and the ability to carry a client's project from start through to completion.
Role Description:
Assist clients and become their trusted point of contact throughout their project. Help to ensure their project finishes within reasonable timelines and hours allowances.
Undertake the preparation of required Design, Permitting and Construction drawings for a variety of clients. (Renovations, Single Family, Semi Detached, Multi-Family)
Attend design meetings with clients and builders as required to help progress projects.
Follow all quality control guidelines and processes.
Represent the firm in a professional manner.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our process and products to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
Required Qualifications and Skill Set:
Graduate from a recognized Architectural Technology (or equivalent) program.
Min. 7 years experience in as a Residential Designer. Local (Calgary Area) experience is required.
Demonstrated expertise in Revit is required.
Multi- family, New Home and Renovation experience
Rendering skills
Organized and able to work under time constraints.
Comprehensive knowledge in local policies, municipal bylaw, zoning, and building codes.
Flexible and able to work with a variety of residential projects and teams.
Strong written and oral skills in English are required.
Terms of employment and compensation are negotiable.
