GTAdnata is looking for a Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist to join our team! The Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance with labour laws. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
- Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and training on HR policies, diversity and inclusion, and best practices.
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination as needed.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance and innovation.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree/College Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
· At least 1 year experience in a similar/related role
· Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
