Ask us how!* Full job description: The Press Operator will operate the presses on the factory floor. The successful candidate will adhere to and maintain production schedules with safety and efficiency. Prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills are a must to work in this fast-paced position. Must have the ability to interpret and apply drawing information. Proficiency with all modes of measurement and conversion is required. Job Requirements/Duties: Operate your assigned press/presses with safety and efficiency. Maintain, document and adhere to your assigned press schedule and quota. Ensure proper documentation procedures are followed during production process. Assist fellow workers when requested/required. Report any issues/problems with press equipment and small hand tools to Floor Supervisor. Responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment used to perform job duties. Maintain and promote a safe working environment while following company policies and procedures. Provide training and coaching to fellow workers when required. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with co-workers. Report any unsafe conditions, accidents or injuries to Floor Supervisor immediately. Lifting can be between 50 lbs. - 75 lbs but help is always available as required. From time to time you may be required to complete other duties as assigned by the team lead or mgmt staff.
