Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of shipments and deliveries.
- Drive delivery vehicle to customer locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and address any concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and order fulfillment.
- Prepare and Process the Returns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
- 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and delivery is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding role.
- Forklift Operation Certificate is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
