Your Role: Champion Small Business in Your Region
As a District Sales Manager, you'll represent CFIB in Regina by:
- Engaging directly with small business owners in your assigned territory
- Building strong relationships through in-person meetings
- Presenting the value of CFIB's membership and services
- Managing renewals and ensuring member satisfaction
- Representing local business needs and being a trusted voice in your community
What You Bring:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
- Business acumen or an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivation, resilience, goal-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
What You'll Get:
- Base salary + uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses
- $80K–$90K+ annually (some earn even more)
