We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team and oversee the financial operations of our dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Ford Motor Company and internal reporting standards
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support overall financial health
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations and industry standards
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls to support operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor the accounting department to maintain a high level of performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with department managers to provide financial insights and help drive profitability
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive accounting or dealership finance preferred
• Strong working knowledge of PBS dealership software preferred but willing to train.
• Familiarity with Ford financial reporting requirements is an asset
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
