We are seeking skilled and safety-driven 310T Licensed Mechanics to join our team across multiple locations in Ontario (Apprentices welcome in Sudbury). In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of a wide range of heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment. You'll play a key part in ensuring fleet reliability and operational readiness in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate, inspect, and repair a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, including:

  • Hydro-vacs, dry vacs, tankers, vac trucks

  • Roll-offs, box trucks, pickups, flat deck trailers

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics to reduce equipment downtime.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic software and tools.

• Respond to field service calls and on-site emergencies when required.

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.

• Assist with training new team members and stay current with industry best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Valid 310T License and registered with Skilled Trades Ontario as a Journeyperson.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a 310T Licensed Mechanic.

• Proficient with computer systems; comfortable learning new diagnostic and maintenance software.

• Strong safety awareness and ability to comply with all health & safety standards.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

• Physically fit and able to perform duties that require lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
