Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Repair Technician to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Point of Sale/Computer hardware, desktop printers, scanners and other peripheral devices and assist with warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent repair skills, ability to lift up to 80 lbs and great communication and team work skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on computers and related devices

  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software

  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks

  • Perform warehouse duties (ie. shipping & receiving)

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used

  • Handle Manufacturer Warranty process and repairs

  • Lift up to 80lbs
