Concierge Positions Available – High-End Residential Building
Location: Downtown Toronto (Bloor & Avenue Rd), ON
Compensation: $19/hour
We are currently hiring professional concierges for a luxury residential building. Candidates must have prior experience in a high-end or luxury residential setting. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Available Positions
Position 1: Weekend Concierge (Permanent Part-Time)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
This is a permanent part-time position.

Position 2: Overnight Concierge (Temporary – with Potential for Long-Term)
Schedule:
• Saturday overnight: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Sunday morning)
• Sunday overnight: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Monday morning)
This is a temporary position to cover overnight shifts due to a staff member currently on maternity leave.
At this time, this is not a permanent or guaranteed role, but the successful candidate may be considered for on-call opportunities or long-term placement if the current employee does not return from leave.

Position Summary & Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and contractors
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Managing visitor and contractor access
• Handling phone calls, messages, and resident requests
• Performing regular patrols and responding to emergencies
• Supporting valet services when required
• Following all policies, procedures, and reporting requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury residential setting (mandatory)
• Valid Ontario Security License (required)
• Valid G Driver's License (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be reliable, professional, and work well under pressure
