Qualifications and Skills
B.ASc. or B.Eng. in Civil Engineering with a Structural major. Master's degree encouraged;
Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or EIT with EGBC;
Structural design experience in concrete, steel, and wood; 2 years minimum
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
A working knowledge of the BC Building Code;
Ability to accurately read and interpret drawing plans.

Duties:
Assist in detailed structural design under the guidance of the structural team leader.
Maintain an active role from design development and into construction.
Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Possess a solid understanding of relevant codes and standards related to design responsibilities.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project outcomes.
Foster strong relationships with clients and actively support the promotion of our core values.
Contribute to expanding the team's technical knowledge and resources.
Approach problem-solving with creativity and innovation.
