Forge Recruitment is partnering with a leading environmental services firm to find an experienced A ccounts Receivable Specialis t for their office in Langley.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including collecting and releasing deposits, following up on credits owing, and monitoring past-due accounts. You will advise Management and Legal on suspended accounts and make collection calls. Additionally, you will reconcile customer payments, prepare discrepancy reports, and handle other AR duties as needed.
The Offer
This opportunity offers a competitive salary between $60,000 - $70,000 with benefits, vacation and more..
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to handle sensitive situations, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
