Primary Role of This Position:

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leveraging their exceptional analytical skills to utilize data and available systems to support a comprehensive financial analysis for key management decisions. Other key responsibilities include ensuring accounting integrity of key areas resulting in accurate financial statements, value-add insights into the financial results, and the ability to drive efficiencies and change management.

Major Responsibilities:

• Month-End Management Reporting – provide monthly reporting packages for key areas of the P&L
• Create new reporting as required to meet changing business needs
• Other weekly and monthly reporting to management for certain key business indicators
• Interact with both internal and external parties for issue resolution, reporting, reconciliations, explanation
• Assist in the preparation of key components of the annual financial budget
• Communicate results to key personnel with financial recommendations
• Initiate, support, and contribute to special projects, process improvements and automation
• Influence a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process and job efficiencies
• Other analysis and projects as required of the position

TMGNY

• CPA or working towards
• 5+ years experience in a Corporate Accounting or FP&A role, ideally in retail, CPG or Pharma
• Strong Microsoft Excel
