Programme de primes et d'incitations
You're a university or college student with bills to pay, so when spring hits, you have one goal: make money. Some of your friends may use that time to travel, or work on skills that will help them build a career. You probably thought you couldn't do all three of those things with your spring and summer. With Vivint, you will. (https://www.vivint.com/) This summer, good first-year reps will make around $20,000 while travelling throughout Canada's Atlantic provinces, and getting world-class sales training and experience. So, who is Vivint?: Vivint is the largest smart home tech company in North America, and as a leader in this exploding tech field, we're poised to have the market cornered. We've installed custom smart home solutions in over 2 million homes, using a sophisticated sales training system and the best tools. If you're interested in making money, travelling, and developing coveted sales skills through proven training, mentorship, and experience, you may be ready for the pros. (https://vimeo.com/149355867) What you'll be doing: You'll be selling smart home solutions, door-to-door, booking appointments for consultations, and performing the consultations that will put the right smart home solutions in buyers' homes. Sounds tough? It is. If you're positive, hard-working and resilient, you will succeed. We say that with confidence because we know how to help people like you become masterful salespeople. Your day will start with a 2-hour team coaching session by a sales mentor. Armed with a tested sales strategy, and new techniques, you'll tackle an area we've identified as primed for smart home sales. You'll knock on doors, and have chance after chance to hone your craft. At the end of the day, you'll come back to the team house to discuss your learnings and challenges with your coach and teammates who are in the field all day, just like you. By the time your head hits the pillow, you'll be confident that you can do even better tomorrow. Working with Vivint This is a full-time position working in Atlantic Canada this spring and summer. We'll start in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, and then Newfoundland. We've got houses and apartments set up for the team, so all you need to worry about is learning to sell. You'll work 12pm to 9pm, and occasionally longer if you're in a buying customer's home. Your pay will be based 100% on commission. This is a good opportunity in your first year, as most good sales reps make $20,000 plus rewards. Rewards that other rookies have won lately include trips to Mexico, high quality swag, tech devices, and monetary incentives. We've won awards for the best swag. We know our people work hard, so we reward them. The opportunity gets better if you really love this. We have experienced sales people making six figures in one season, and there are many ways to turn this role into a long-lasting career with Vivint. We're projected to grow to 10 times the size we are today in the coming years, so we need leaders who can grow with us. The culture is very supportive. You will have every possible resource you need to succeed, including encouragement from your team. Healthy competition is a part of this community. You'll compete with your teammates some weeks, and other weeks you'll compete with your team against other teams in the company. We treat it like a game, using our competitive nature to help each other, and rise together. What Makes You an Ideal Candidate If you love interacting with people, enjoy talking tech, and have the drive and resilience to learn the craft, you can win here. Here are some qualifications we're looking for: * The ability to walk around, on your feet for most of the day * The ability to travel and live in Atlantic Canada from April to August (we'll help get you there) * Customer service or sales experience (an asset) * Experience working in a tech-related role (some of our top performers were new to tech, so this an asset) * A high-school diploma If you're interested, and you're ready for a summer that will change your life, we can't wait to meet you. How to Apply Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume. We'll assess your qualifications, personality traits and workplace preferences, which should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. After submitting, you'll be able to view your results. We strive to build diverse teams that reflect the community, and encourage applications from underrepresented groups such as women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, people identifying as LGBTQ2SI, veterans, and people with disabilities. If we can make this easier through accommodation in the recruitment process, please contact us using the “Help” button. We will review applications, with priority given to those who have completed the assessment, and look forward to hearing from you.
