• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Expert proficiency in Boomi Atomsphere Integration is required.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.
• Configuration & Release Management with Advanced proficiency and Build Management with Advanced proficiency are suggested skills.

Boomi Atmosphere Integration-
Must have:

• Should be having good proficiency in Boomi integration.
• Design and implement integration solution using Boomi Atmosphere Integration.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions to problems.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to operation teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative application solutions.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance application performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.
• Lead training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications

SuccessFactors Integration
Good to have:

• Should be able to handle issues related to API configurations.
• Including configuring and managing data flows between systems.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors APIs and understanding of HR processes is a plus.
