HOURS
· Monday and Wednesday from 4pm-8pm
· Working every second Saturday from 9am-6pm
WHAT YOU GET TO DO!
Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing an unsurpassed level of guest (customer) care to each individual who walks through our doors or interacts with our team. As the first contact for our guests, our Evening Concierge exemplifies our company philosophy of “Anticipating our guests needs” and “Treating each customer like you would treat a guest in your own home”. The role of concierge is pivotal as you often are the first impression our guests will have with Lexus of Royal Oak.
· Convey a professional, friendly, respectful and welcoming tone to all guests who either phone in or physically arrive at our Dealership and provide with a friendly transition, addressing their needs.
· Maintain an overall knowledge of the dealership department functions and the team members responsible for each of them.
· Build a professional, respectful and caring relationship with all team members to optimize workplace enjoyment and productivity.
· Handle all incoming calls quickly and efficiently with an emphasis on:
o Minimizing the time guests are placed on hold and referring messages to the correct department in a prompt and professional manner.
o Multi-tasking with monitoring showroom and sales activity.
o Maintaining politeness and professionalism throughout your interaction.
· File all necessary paperwork according to our procedures.
· Demonstrate knowledge and utilize our CRM when necessary.
· Facilitate the ordering, receiving and distribution of stationary and supplies requested by staff.
· Arrange and facilitate courier envelopes and packages as requested.
· Service customer vehicle pick-up / cash out process (when service is closed).
· Excitedly greet our guests who take delivery of their vehicle.
· Other Duties as Required.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
· 2+ Years of customer service experience.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Exceptional Phone Skills: Incoming calls, outgoing calls, and/or cold calls.
· Proficient typing skills and computer skills.
· The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
· Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
· Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
· Desire to interact with guests and eagerness to communicate.
· Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
· Loves a fast-paced environment.
· Being bilingual is considered an asset, but not necessary.
· Ability to be flexible with schedule if needed.
