We're hiring! Crackmasters is looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Windshield Installer. Experience is a bonus — but we're willing to train the right person who's ready to learn and grow with us!

$17 - $30 hourly

• Removing and replacing windshields and other automotive glass
• Preparing vehicles and materials for installs
• Ensuring proper seals and safety standards
• Assisting with shop organization and basic customer service
• Learning and following proper tools, adhesives, and techniques

• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work
• Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred

• Someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with tools and hands-on work
• Ability to follow directions and take pride in doing a clean job
• Bonus if you have experience in windshield install, autobody, or related fields
• Valid driver's license
