Mac Lang (Sundridge) Ltd. is one of the top RAM, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler dealerships in the region. We sell new and pre-owned vehicles. Mac Lang is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.

Your duties will include:

• Answer telephones and relay customer and/or business inquiries and take messages

• Greeting customers and direct them to proper employee

• Prepares and calculates sales commissions for sales associates

• Process payments

• Ordering and maintaining office supplies

• Prepare and process licensing for new and used vehicles and attend at Service Ontario

• Assist in closing month adhering to deadlines

• Provides billing statements and explains billing details.

• Assist Accounting Department and Finance Team with co-ordination of customer licensing ownerships

• Prepare, organize sold vehicle deal files, verify that all required documents, Bills of Sale, copies and all forms are gathered, and signed

• Confirm lien payouts were sent and received to the bank or appropriate credit department, and follow up to ensure all liens are paid out, obtain copies of lien release letters as needed

• Ensure all deals are funded from the banks, verify amounts received with the deal and report to the finance team any inconsistencies, underpayment, overpayment

• Assist Finance Managers double check, daily inquires of bank funding status in Dealertrack program, bring deficiencies, paperwork not received to their attention to be rectified and resubmitted

• Verify/confirm all new vehicles purchased and delivered are reported

• Prepare Used Stock Vehicle Files with information required UCDA Used Car Appraisal, Carfax Used Vehicle History Report, VIP(Vehicle Information Plus) Summary Report and Options Report from Chrysler and copy of bank lien release letter if obtained/applicable

• Verify/enter used vehicle information/data into Vehicle Management System.

• Assist with Social Media platforms

• Promote a healthy and safe environment

• Promote a positive, friendly and helpful attitude towards other employees and customers

• Other duties as required

Experience with DealerConnect software is considered an asset.
