IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE.
Bilingual (English-French) B2B Sales Concierge & Training Representative:
  • Flexible: In-office preferred but will accept remote for the right candidate.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (40 hrs).

Key deliverables for this position:
  • The candidate must be comfortable delivering engaging and persuasive presentations aimed at helping increase profitability through tailored solutions.
  • Must demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize sales activities effectively in order to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • The ideal candidate should embody a "how can I help you?" attitude, understanding and addressing customer needs to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Must be a team player, with strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
  • Candidate must be comfortable with analyzing sales reports, and maintain meticulous records for each customer to ensure effective follow-up.

Main Day to Day responsibilities:
  • Minimum number of outbound calls to existing clients.
  • Review. respond, and distribute main emails
  • Daily Zoom Trainings.
  • Assist clients with recommended orders & processing said orders.
  • Daily correspondence with clients.
  • Create plans for clients (Bi-monthly).
  • Prospecting (Bi-monthly).
  • Review & analyze reports, roll play with team members (monthly).
  • Follow up with clients on remittance reports (monthly).

Training will be provided.
