- Serve as a director within the company.
- All Full time Pharmacist duties.
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy by ensuring operational efficiency that enables staff perform optimally while controlling costs.
- Identify and take advantage of internal and external business growth opportunities.
- Ensure all pharmacy employees adhere to professional standards and comply with applicable regulatory laws and regulations.
- Oversee the accurate maintenance and submission of pharmacy documentation required by regulatory bodies, drug plans, and third-party organizations.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment by promoting open communication, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring team effectiveness.
- Supervise departmental billing and payment processes, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about billing opportunities and assisting with billing issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for the store's security alarm system.
- Act as the privacy officer.
- Secure a replacement pharmacist for scheduled holidays.
- Assist with financial and budgetary planning in collaboration with management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, ethical codes, and business principles.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Valid Pharmacist License in Saskatchewan
- Injection Certification
- Minor Ailment Treatment Training
- Strong understanding of business operations, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skill.
