Cookin (a CookUnity company) is revolutionizing the food industry by empowering food entrepreneurs to sell their creations online. We democratize access to tools that were previously only available to established restaurants, creating opportunities for culinary talent everywhere.

We're launching an exciting new initiative - Cookin v2 - that builds on all the learnings from our first product iteration. This is essentially a new startup within our organization, and we're looking for a product leader who can function almost like a founder.

Working within a small, agile pod with 1-2 engineers and design support, you'll be directly translating the vision set by our CPO into a market-ready product. This is a rare opportunity to shape a product from the ground up with the backing of an established company.

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch for Cookin v2
• User Research & Validation: Engage directly with users, conduct interviews, and analyze feedback to inform product decisions
• Technical Implementation: Work closely with engineers to define, prioritize, and execute on the product roadmap
• Market Intelligence: Identify market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and develop insights that drive product strategy
• Rapid Prototyping: Create functional prototypes using the latest tools and technologies to test concepts quickly
• Metrics & Performance: Define success metrics and KPIs, and use data to drive product improvements
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executive leadership, including direct reporting to CPO, COO, and CEO

• 4+ years of product management experience in early-stage product development
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to prototype and build, not just direct
• Experience with modern development tools, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrable knowledge of leveraging AI and emerging technologies in product development
• Proficiency with prototyping tools and familiarity with UX/UI design principles and patterns
• Track record of shipping products that users love
• Data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Self-starter mentality with high autonomy and agency

• Experience in consumer technology products
• Familiarity with food tech, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms
• Experience working with AI tools for prototyping and development
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 in a startup environment
• Understanding of current trends in AI, particularly around image generation and foundational models

• You're a hands-on builder who's equally comfortable discussing user flows and database schemas
