Role Overview:

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will focus on driving revenue growth by securing new clients and fostering strategic relationships within the Banking and Insurance sectors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the financial sector, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of banking and insurance clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiating and closing complex deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building and Partnership Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships, establishing our company as a trusted partner and aligning our solutions with clients' technology objectives for sustained value.
  • Visionary Market Expansion: Leverage your industry knowledge to identify emerging market opportunities, delivering forward-thinking strategies that address the evolving challenges faced by financial institutions.
  • Market Strategy & Growth: Leverage in-depth market research and industry knowledge to stay ahead of financial sector trends, tailoring solutions that align with client goals and regulatory requirements, and identifying growth opportunities by developing offerings that meet emerging technology demands in banking and insurance.
What we are looking for:
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record in selling technology solutions and services within the financial services sector, specifically to banking, insurance, and other financial institutions, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client and Relationship Management: Skilled in cultivating long-term, high-level client relationships, with an established network in the Canadian financial sector; broader geographic connections are a plus.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of technology solutions such as system integration, data management, infrastructure, and software services, with the ability to effectively convey complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic Vision and Market Insight: A forward-thinking approach to identifying market opportunities and designing tailored solutions that align with client goals, building and leveraging strategic partnerships for sustained growth.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership, client services, and the engineering team to ensure a seamless and effective process for all stakeholders, driving alignment across functions and delivering high-value solutions to clients.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present and engage with senior leaders, effectively communicating value propositions that resonate with stakeholders across the financial sector.
