Now Hiring: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

We specialize in the design and construction of both heavy and light industrial buildings across Western Canada. Our projects range from concrete tilt-up business parks and steel warehouse buildings to complex manufacturing process hubs.

Who We're Looking For

We're currently hiring a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, depending on your experience and career goals. This role is ideal for someone who is:

Whether you're a seasoned senior PM or someone ready to take the next step, if you have the drive, accountability, and availability, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own project performance in terms of budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.

  • Lead and support project teams (coordinators, superintendents, admin, etc.).

  • Run client meetings and clearly communicate project status, risks, and resolutions.

  • Manage contracts, scopes of work, and change orders.

  • Maintain strong site presence and oversight where required.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and support.

  • Communicate consistently with leadership and clients.

  • Protect Colony's financial, legal, and reputational interests throughout each project.

What You Bring
  • Experience managing construction projects (preferably structural steel and design-build).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Availability to fully engage during work hours without frequent personal distractions.

  • Familiarity with construction contracts, pricing, and safety/QC standards.

  • Experience with tools like MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

  • A mindset focused on learning, growth, and problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated employment stability and integrity.

  • PMP certification is an asset but not required.
