Full Stack Software Developer
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our online retailer client to find a first-class Full Stack Software Developer to join their team in Thorold, ON. The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop, maintain, and support software applications, automation systems, and in-house platforms that drive business performance.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

• Develop and support the clients in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other automation tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues while documenting solutions
• Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with departments to implement technical solutions and reporting tools
• Support end-users, write user documentation, and contribute to ongoing IT projects

You should have the following in your background to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience with technologies such as SQL, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Experience with Python, Bootstrap, Angular, and Angular Material is a strong asset
• Familiarity with Git, Kubernetes, containerization, and Entity Framework is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset
