Our clients include industry-leading organizations that partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: HR RecruiterLocation: Toronto, ON Pay Rate: $25 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / HR / Food / Talent AcquisitionEmployment Term: Full-time / 6-Month Contract (possibility of extension for 1 year) Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of recruiting strategies.
- Conduct screening interviews and schedule meetings.
- Assist in posting ads on different job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years HR related experience.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting/human resources work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
