Located in St. Catharines, Ontario, the Company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)! The role is in the office, Monday to Friday, and is a new addition to our team! What Will You Be Doing? * Be the face and voice of the Company by representing the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. * Handle all customer calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries or concerns. * Proactively handle customer concerns and complaints by actively listening, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with relevant departments to provide effective solutions that maintain customer satisfaction. * Process and track customer orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and up to date for timely fulfillment. * Act as an internal liaison between the Company, the customer and all Company departments. * Work collaboratively with external contacts to ensure orders are handled properly, and all inquiries are addressed. * Support customers and sales team with general and technical product inquiries. * Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and contributing to a customer-centric company culture. * Other duties as assigned. What Will You Bring? * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or B2B setting * Post-secondary education, preferably in the Administration field or related * General understanding of rendering layouts is an asset * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Superior attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and procedures * Capacity to learn quickly, retain information and be willing to assist in various areas of customer service * Willingness to embrace changing priorities * Strong written and interpersonal communication skills We appreciate all who express interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
