Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador for Crowns Power of One strategy.
• Lead and continue to build a customer centric culture focused on providing exemplary service while resolvingany customerissuesthat may arise
• Be a coach to Crown Honda managers and team members.
• Be a part of the Crown Automotive group leadership team, while ensuring alignment with the Crown Automotive groups goals for sustainability and growth
• Drive operational excellence by continually monitoring, evaluating and improving upon processes andkey performance indicators as necessary.
• Develop the business plan and sales objectives for the dealership and oversee its implementation.
• Buildlasting relationships with customers, team members, manufacturer representativesand stakeholders based on trust, integrity and respect
• Attract, hire, retain talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans.
• Collaborate well with the manufacturer/OEM on implementing its strategy and achieve its key objectives.

Requirements:

• Five (5) years in a management position, with strong preference to those with an automotive background
• Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is considered an asset.
  
• Team Oriented and a track record of building and sustaining a great culture.
• Exemplary leadership qualities and ability to bring team members together.
• Ability to represent the CROWN Auto Groups CARMA values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude.
• Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to convert data into decisions and actions.
• Experience utilizing and leveraging a CRM and equity mining tool is an asset.
• Valid drivers license
• Other languages spoken considered an asset.
