Duties: As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your duties will include but not limited to: * Processing billing and credit orders in our accounting system (Great Plains). * Follow-up with customers regarding collections ensuring all open items are closed in a timely manner. * Support period-end deadlines and ad-hoc items as required. * Other duties as assigned. Experience: The ideal candidate will have: * Proven 2-3 years (preferred) experience in accounting. * Strong understanding with billing and collections processes. * Excellent computer skills including accounting software (Great Plains preferred), strong MS Excel, Outlook and MS365 * Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills are a must have. * Excellent communication, written, problem-solving and time management skills * A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * College Diploma or University Degree in Accounting, business, or related field Benefits: * Group Health Benefits (including Dental, Life Insurance, Extended Health and Vision) * RRSP match
