Responsibilities:
1. Sorting Traveler / Production Orders in shelves in QA Documentation room. Sort, File, index and arrange them in sequence in boxes for archival on or off site and retrieval, when needed
2. Sorting Travellers of Shipped units in Shelves in QA Documentation room
3. Monitoring and pick up of Production orders from Work center gates (all buildings) and preparation of boxes for storage and archival
4. Entering CofC information in the Shipment and RMA database and excel log sheet
5. Clean room audit and verification of Equipment calibration on the floor
6. Maintain Temperature, Humidity records and data entry of records in Database
7. Collecting and sorting Incoming Receipts in cabinets and transfer to boxes for archival and retrieval when needed
8. Updating and maintaining records of Quarantine / Scrap material in Excel sheets
9. Receiving RMA units and making copies of documents received with RMA units to send to Sales
10. Closing all the NCRs and Anomalies in Database and Action Tracker and filing original copies
11. Collection of First Pass Yield data of defects from In-process QA logbook and Data entry in FPY database
12. Preparing boxes by bar code for sending to Iron Mountain
13. Making Copies of ATP sheets for shipment
14. Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma and Good Computer skills with experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing
Experience:
1. 3 years' experience in data entry & storage, indexing & retrieval of Production Records
2. Knowledge of ISO-9001 and industry quality standards
3. Familiar with ESD and Clean room electronic industry practices
4. Able to generate computer reports
5. Experience in a manufacturing QA Environment
Skills:
1. Sufficient Computer skills including Microsoft Excel
2. Diligent and ability to meet deadlines
3. Able to work independently and interface with other gates such as Stockroom, Production, Engineering, etc.
