As the Parts Manager, you will lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver efficient and accurate service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Parts Department—including inventory management, process development, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager role within an automotive dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control, and supplier management
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), ordering systems, and electronic catalogs
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
