Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receiving orders through EDI or conventional systems (e-mail, fax)
- Processing orders in a timely manner, making changes when required and sending all orders to the warehouse
- Answering all requests from customers/ buyers in a respectful and timely manner
- Directing customers inquiries as required
- Reviewing open orders to ensure orders are shipping on time
- Advising the warehouse of all changes on orders if requested by customer/buyers
- Notifying customers of backorders
- Completing customer confirmation/ stock reports
- Invoicing
