- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure timely repairs to reduce production delays
- Maintain accurate maintenance records including service logs and inventory
- Work closely with production teams to support efficiency and safety standards
- Follow all company policies including GMP, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Quality standards
- Use fabrication and welding skills for repair and maintenance work
- Participate in ongoing improvement projects and contribute to operational reliability
- Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Certified Millwright with a valid license
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (food industry is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Comfortable working in a high-heat, fast-paced production environment
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Great communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Experience using maintenance documentation tools and systems
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
