Operating since 1993, we install, maintain, repair, and service swing and automatics doors and hardware for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients in Southwestern Ontario. We're looking to add another Commercial Door Service Technician, and we hope that's you! Commercial Door Service Technician As our new Commercial Door Service Technician, you will travel to our commercial and institutional clients to repair or install doors and door hardware. On a typical day you will: * Receive your daily work assignments to your phone via our service software (phone supplied) * You will attend at our office to load one of our company vehicles with the materials, tools, and parts you will need for the day * Complete on average 1 to 6 service calls per day involving the installation of repair of door and door hardware and filling out and completing each jobs work order * Represent our company during daily service calls and speak directly to our clients * Install or repair hollow metal, wood, and aluminum doors and frames * Install or repair exit devices, closers, automatic doors, locks and other door accessories * Safely use hand and power tools for door and door hardware repair or installation * Use your knowledge and experience to troubleshoot complex problems We have built strong relationships with our clients over the years, and so your positive demeanor and communication skills will help to maintain those relationships. We provide services to Southwestern Ontario for all types of buildings including educational institutions, hospitals, government buildings, hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, property management and more.
