Our client is a long-standing contributor to the community of Lloydminster with a reputation of trust and respect. We are in search of a self-motivated dedicated RECEPTIONIST who is highly skilled and goes above and beyond.
Competitive compensation package with a wage range $22 - $24/hour.
Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm with 1 hour lunch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
Scan, file and maintain records electronically through Jane software and transferring where required.
First point of contact in person, phone and email.
Submitting/review insurance claims electronically.
Scheduling appointments.
Reviewing all doctors' scheduling and form completions.
Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading and transcribing handwritten information.
Receive payment and record receipts for services within Jane software.
Inventory, inspecting and ordering of supplies/orthodontics and other.
Transmit information or documents to patients using a computer, mail, or fax machine.
Reviewing emails, phone reminders, end-of-day tasks and general office duties.
Clean/tidy exam rooms.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, customer service and professionalism.
Time management, quick learner, multi-tasker, superior organization skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Personal integrity, respect, and confidentiality.
A high school diploma, Medical Office Assistant Course and/or equivalent experience working in a medical and/or small office role.
High computer proficiency, internet, handling cash and debt machines.
