Product Innovation Director
Our client is one of Vancouver's best kept secrets. With sales to over 50 countries, and category captaincy in each, our client is no slouch. To take advantage of market conditions and continue to maintain share leadership our client is seeking a Product Innovation Director.
Some of what you will do includes:

• Analysis and evaluation of existing and potential business by geography and customer
• Innovation of creative ways to grow existing business or capture new business
• Work with production and packaging to create new go to market strategies that drive turns and enhance revenue
• Think creatively and holistically but with a fact based underpinning to drive sales and revenue
• Work with marketing to communicate brand insights into creative, action oriented marketing campaigns

You should have the following in your background:

• Strong analytical mindset and experience with NielsenIQ, Circana (IRI), SPINS or others
• 7+ years in a consumer goods role
• Analytics, trade marketing, brand marketing, background
• Able to work cross generationally and achieve buy in at all levels
