Job Responsibilities: * Generate equipment, contractor and parts purchase orders * Manage parts deliveries * Verify part accuracy * Interact with suppliers (telephone and email) including source materials and components; obtain quotations; issue purchase orders. * Create project binders * Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.) * Develop company policies and procedures * Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible * Take minutes of meetings * Support the H&S requirements of the team ensuring compliance Job Requirements: * Must have proven experience as an office clerk or other clerical position * Must be well organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment * Must have minimum of high school diploma * Must be proficient with Word and Excel * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills * Infrequent trips to suppliers for parts pick up may be required, a valid driver's license is therefore mandatory We provide competitive compensation programs including benefits, health spending account, retirement, fitness allowance, personal and career development, and other programs.
