Administrative Assistant Mature individual required for administrative support and to perform a variety of general accounting tasks in a fast paced working environment at our Mississauga office. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities * Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages. Take adequate messages when required * Administrative support for management * Chair a daily 15 minute Zoom morning meeting with approximately 30 participants while recording simple notes. Distributing these notes to project managers directly after meeting. * Calendar updating for various appointments, staff vacations * Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, trainings and social events * Assigning and tracking project numbers as required * Compile data and prepare a variety of reports, if required. * Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies. * Investigate questionable data. * Other administrative duties as required. Education and Experience * Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. * Knowledge of proposal administration is an asset * Quickbooks experience is an asset * Valid driver's license is an asset * Verbal and written communication skills a must. * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task a must * Requires minimum 2-3 years' experience Key Competencies * Information gathering and information monitoring * Attention to detail and accuracy * Flexibility, adaptability and team oriented * Multi-task * Fluent in English * Reliability is of utmost importance You will be fully supported by an experienced administrative team.
