Position: Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical systems in Town Home/Multifamily residential buildings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Description:

• Rough-in of wood-framed Condo Buildings and Town Homes
• Rough-in and finish of all aspects of a Condo Building and Town Homes

Qualifications:

• Experience with wood framed, Town Home/Multi-family new construction condos or 12 months of residential experience a must
• Self-sufficient and able to problem solve
• Must be able to commute daily to job site

Shift Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, Overtime and Weekends as needed
• Fast paced

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

$40.00 per hour. 44 hours/week

Experience:

License/Certification:
