Outbound Sales Manager – Lead the Way at SureCall Contact Centers

Location: Calgary, Alberta | Full-Time | $75K–$85K base + OTE $240K+

We're looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to join SureCall Contact Centers and take charge of growing and managing our B2B outbound sales team. If you're a results-driven leader with the experience to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, recruit, and lead a B2B outbound sales team
• Utilize KPIs and CRM tools to track and improve performance
• Close high-value deals and coach your team to success
• Create and implement effective outbound campaigns targeting North American businesses

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B outbound sales teams
• Proven success growing revenue and driving team performance
• Experience in selling services, not just products
• Strong leadership in sales hiring, coaching, and accountability
• A hands-on approach with the ability to close large B2B deals

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000
• OTE (On-Target Earnings): $240,000+ (uncapped commissions)
