  • We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IIS, COM+, ASP.NET, and DEVO, providing L3 support to ensure the stability and performance of our applications.
  • This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring seamless application operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide L3 support for applications, resolving complex issues related to IIS, COM+, ASP.NET, and DEVO.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve application-related issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.
  • User Support: Assist users with application-related queries and provide training on new functionalities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in application support processes and implement best practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on IIS, COM+, ASP.NET, and DEVO.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in IIS, COM+, and ASP.NET.Experience with DEVO for monitoring and analytics.Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
